I have just celebrated my first year with Sullivan and Cogliano. S&C is not like any other staffing firm.  They have a vision and every employee is a part of that vision.  Leadership is committed to every person’s success and is always willing to provide a helping hand in reaching individual/team goals. As a young professional, career growth has been extremely important to me and S&C has provided the necessary tools to help me get where I want to be.  We have a remarkable team, have a lot of fun and I feel privileged to be a part of a substantial organization.
—Kim Q. (Account Manager, 1 year)

In my 2+ years here at S&C I have been fortunate enough to have worked in both a recruiting position as well as in an Account Manager position. When I accepted the position here, management told me that this is the type of company that values their employees and promotes career advancement, and they have stuck to their word.  The support, encouragement and all around environment has made the past 2 years a great experience.
—Evan S. (Account Manager, 2 years)

I like the direction the company is going in expanding with new projects that will lead to advancement opportunities for employees. The management team here concentrates on developing people beyond the basic functions of their jobs and brings outside life skills and training into the company culture.
—Scott C. (Resource Manager, 1 year)

I have been a part of the Sullivan and Cogliano family since January of 1999. I work with wonderful people who know how to work as a “team”  and do so with great integrity.  Herb is thoughtful and insightful as he leads us to great success and I’m very excited to begin each year as a new adventure. Our leadership training in 2010 was extremely helpful and gave me a reassuring sense of worth. I have been repeatedly impressed by our companies commitment to improving lives and I feel blessed to work for such a great company.
—Laurett S. (Accounting, 12 years)

I have enjoyed being a member of the Sullivan and Cogliano team for over 10 years! During this time I have had the opportunity to work in several different roles which has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.  The atmosphere at Sullivan and Cogliano promotes new ideas and innovations that help employees reach their goals and the goals of the organization. It is nice to work for a company like Sullivan and Cogliano that cares about its employees, clients and community.
—Ken B. (Account Manager, 10 years)

I joined Sullivan & Cogliano in 1979. For the past 25 years I have had the opportunity to recruit and place thousands of consultants throughout the United States and Canada. My recruiting experiences have covered many technologies. In the beginning, I worked at providing Sullivan & Cogliano’s many clients with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, CAD Designers and Draftspersons. As technologies and the marketplace changed so did my focus. Through the .Com years I specialized in the IT arena, recruiting and placing Network and Software Engineers and support personnel. Most recently I have been given the opportunity to direct my efforts toward placing Software and IT professionals in the national marketplace.
I have been fortunate to participate and qualify for numerous awards in the Sullivan & Cogliano Sales Achievement Awards Program. These rewards have included all-expense paid trips to Cape Cod, Montreal, Bermuda, and two trips to the Atlantis Resort & Casino in the Bahamas. The highlight of my career occurred when, with the entire company staff present, I was presented with a brand new BMW motorcycle for 20 years of service to the organization. Sullivan & Cogliano has provided me with more than simply a job, but with a career. I have had the opportunity to meet and work with many wonderful people in the placement business and have made a number of life-long friends in the process. My experiences at Sullivan & Cogliano have been excellent and I am looking forward to many more years of growth and success with the organization.
—Andy M. (Resource Manager, 31 years)

I started as a temporary employee with Sullivan and Cogliano when suddenly I was laid off. I have been given the chance to advance to a position with greater responsibilities and trust, allowing me to learn and explore a new facet of business I had no previous experience in. Sullivan and Cogliano recognizes your hard work and dedication, letting their employees grow within the company to their fullest potential.
—Denise B. (Accounting, 11 years)

I have now been part of the Sullivan and Cogliano family for over 11 years. S&C has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, while providing the proper balance between work and home. S&C invests much time into creating an environment that is both fun and rewarding with programs such as quarterly outings and campaigns and leadership/teambuilding exercises. Even further, to have a voice in the development of those programs, brings me an extreme sense of belonging and worth in the company.
I do have to say the greatest pleasure of all has been working directly with the same staff for over 10+ years. As we continue to grow, it will be most rewarding when we can all look back and share the wonderful experiences and journey together.
